 Coppa Italia is usually worthless competition and most of the teams (especially bigger clubs play with second rate players). Over the years Lega Calcio (Italian FA) tried to change something in order to attract more audience and interest from media but usually, stadiums are empty and nobody care about Coppa.
  However on Wed we will see a bit diferent situation in Napoli vs Salernitana game. It is known as Campania Derby, hot regional affair. After several years Salernitana is back in Serie B but Napoli is in top flight, here is chance to see old rivalry revived even in Coppa match.
   Napoli is flying high, they are in top three and playing great at home. San Paolo was always tough place to play and it is not such surprise to see Napoli having 100% record at home in Serie A. Best player Lavezzi will be on the bench ready to impress in second half.
   Salernitana is Serie B team, they have ambition but not quality to fight for Serie A. After solid start they faded, Amaranti have problems to score and their best player and ex Napoli striker Di Napoli is doubtful. Also other important forward, experienced Fava is out and their coach Castori claims he will also rest some players, looking at Salernitana squad as least five regulars are out.
   So Napoli would win without problems, yes, it is derby but gap in class is big, mediocre Serie B team vs one of the candidated for Champions League.
    We dont see Napoli taking it lightly so hosts at -1 Asian looks like good idea.
